Commemorating Remembrance Day

To commemorate Remembrance Day this year, we have created a poppy wall in the school hall with lots of different poppies made by pupils, families and members of the community. 

We also held a special remembrance assembly last week, and all our classes spent an afternoon taking part in learning activities relating to remembrance. 

The children have loved learning about the meaning of this very special and poignant event and we'd like to say thank you to everyone who contributed to our fantastic poppy wall.
