STEM Challenge
On Wednesday, Mrs. Taylor took a group of enthusiastic Year 5 and 6 students to compete in the Invicta Primary STEM Challenge. Throughout the day, they tackled a series of exciting STEM activities, including constructing the tallest free-standing tower using mini-marshmallows and toothpicks, cracking complex codes, building sturdy bridges, and even testing their engineering skills with an egg drop challenge. They were especially thrilled when their egg survived the drop intact!
Competing against ten other schools, our talented team demonstrated incredible skill, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. We were absolutely delighted to be crowned the overall WINNERS, finishing an impressive 50 points ahead of second place!
A huge congratulations to Zhilab, Sean, Harper, and Frankie on this fantastic achievement!
